Since 2017, American Banker and parent company Arizent have found and recognized America’s Best Places to Work in Financial Technology. This annual survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the financial technology industry.
Celebrating its 20th anniversary and a new brand and logo in 2022, Smiley provides core and digital banking solutions for community banks across the country. The company is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas and was founded in 2002 by President & CEO Elizabeth Glasbrenner and her brother Vance Smiley. The company employs over 60 people with the majority based in Arkansas.
