American Banker Best Places to Work in FinTech

Since 2017, American Banker and parent company Arizent have found and recognized America’s Best Places to Work in Financial Technology. The awards are open to organizations that provide technology products, services, or solutions that enable the delivery of financial services.

Smiley Technologies, Inc. provides core banking solutions for community banks across the country. The company is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas and was founded in 2002 by President & CEO Elizabeth Glasbrenner and her brother Vance Smiley. The company employs over 50 people with the majority based in Little Rock.
